Vendor that sells various mods for weapons and the Assassin's Contract (see Assassin's Contract). aside from the contract, having amy of these in your inventory is illegal and if activated by '/items' can be confiscated by police officers on arrest.
Weapon Mods:
'Pyroclasm' Ammo: Applied to pistol, in addition to normal shot lights player on fire dealing 5 damage every second for 10 seconds; Last for 1 magazine. Cost: $1,000 per magazine. Burning effect shown on player hit.
'Ice Devil' Ammo: Applied to crossbow, crossbow shots only deal 50% of their normal damage but applies a slow effect on the player for 1 minute; Lasts for 1 magazine. Cost $1,000 per magazine. Player hit has their screen outlined in bright blue glow for duration.
'Reaper Mine' S.L.A.M.: When stuck to a wall doesn't show a red beam, only deals 50% normal damage; Lasts 1 magazine. Cost: $5,000 per magazine.
'Adamantium' Ammo: Applied to pistol, causes all shots to ignore armor and deal full damage regardless; Lasts 1 magazine. Cost: $2,500 per magazine.
'DarkLight' Jammer: on use makes you invisible to tracers police or otherwise (not Admins of course) but increases your crime by 1000 every minute; sends a RP message to you when you have 1 minute left. Cost: $50,000 per Jammer.
'Hellfire' Ammo: applied to SMG, each shot lowers armor by 2, if player has no armor SMG deals double damage per shot; Last 1 magazine. Cost: $2,500 per magazine.
'Anti-Life Sum' Ammo: Applied to RPG, upon explosion releases a deadly poison gas that deals damage 75 over time; Lasts 1 magazine use. Cost: $100,000 per magazine.
'Mortalizer' Enhancement: applied to stunstick, upon swing reduces target's hp to 100 hp (if not already) also removes all armor from target; Lasts 5 swings. Cost: $8,000 per 5 swings.
Player Enhancements:
Eagle Candy: allows player to see a outlined heat signature of other players through walls at a certain distance and also can see the beam in 'Reaper Mines', lasts 5 minutes. Cost: $2,000 per candy.
'Marathon' Bionic Endurance Enhancement: temporarily doubles players sprint pool allowing them to sprint twice as long, lasts until death. Cost: $10,000 per enhancement.
