I was waiting outside his room. He opened the door, I cuffed him and started picking up his plants but he disconnected instantly, preventing me from sending him to jail. He joined the game 10 seconds later and resumed playing.
He disconnected solely to avoid RP and this has not been the first instance.

He's a kid. he acts like it too. I forgot if I deleted him off my steam again. just a punk little child. if he reads this he will laugh because he has no common sense. at that age, kiddies do a lot of stuff to get their jollies often times at the expense of others and they have no remorse. I should stop befriending tehse little ingrates on steam. They are a waste of time.
