I think it would be a good idea to have a section on the forums where players post refund requests.
Doing this will:
- Encourage players to make accounts on the website
- Prevent players from taking advantage of bits' kindness in-game and there will be less harassment of staff members
- Promote the taking of screenshots as hard valid proof of refunds
These are only a few of many pros to this idea.
This simply seems like a more professional way.
Perhaps refund requests above a certain money threshold (etc 10,000) must be posted on the forums etc.
Coming with the new map update + fixes, It will be easier on the admins to look at individual forum posts for refunds as opposed to a dozen people yelling in the chat screaming like hungry babes
