Kill command and why it needs to be changed

I would like to discuss about the kill command because it has its good sides and its bad sides. The good side about the kill command is that it's not annoying and just a good command to use when you are stuck or.. avoid death! This brings me to the fact that alot of people have been using the kill command to avoid death and definetly bounties. I would like to see what the community thinks about making the kill command so that it does not only make you die but what it does is when you use it, you lose all your money and when you have a bounty, if you use the 'kill' command it takes your bounty resulting you to go to jail. I think this sounds like a great idea but I wanna see what you guys think.

EDIT: If you lose all your money when you use the 'kill' command, this can also be great for doing money drops.
