This is an idea similar to the hitman class only its not an actual class. If a target has over 1500 crime players would be able to take out an Assassin's Contract on the player; Assuming they're not under the 10 hour mark. A player will get the Contract item, the player then has maybe 5 other people sign the contract then they turn the contract into the vendor they bought it from. The server then sends a message that say "Player X (X being their name) has an Assassin's Contract out on them!". If the marked target has over 1200 crime, any player can collect on the contract that pays them maybe $1000 dollars (we could have it teired maybe $1000/2000/3000/4000/5000) plus 4 times the value of their bounty. If the player who collects on the contract is a bounty hunter they get 8 times the value of the bounty instead plus the contract payoff.
Furthermore, players with an Assassin's Contract out on them can be collected on even if they have 0 crime. This would introduce rivalry and allow players to get revenge on players they don't like. Also cops would not be immune to the Assassin's Contract either.

It requires 5 other 'signatures' and the price for the contract for say teir 1 could be $3000 dollars. I fail to see how that would be abused to gain money. One person collects on it. Its expensive enough that you'd only use it to get someone you don't like.
